The bookkeeping calculations for the time after October 31, 1785 placed the average cost of a single family of settlers at 556 florins 20 kreuzer. Applying this cost universally, the cost of the farms for the 4,450 families in the country was 2,582,480 florins, for the urban immigrants was 556,333 florins, altogether the cost for the entire colonization undertaking was 3,138,813 florins.
